Love - Love is the new kid on the block in the Greenwich Village club scene. Located on the ever-hip 8th street, the club's mission is “music is love.” While these and other slogans serve up a fair amount of cheese, Love is actually a great club. It promotes new music and can be counted on booking top DJs from across the country. There is an overall positive vibe, as the promoters have an honest appreciation for innovative new music and parties to celebrate it. The crowd is a mix of downtown hipsters, hip hop kids, and the occasional celeb, all having a hard time not being compelled to dance.
